MLS Quest is winding down
Sweet and MLS have made the difficult decision to wind down MLS Quest. The platform closes at 11:59 PM ET on January 26, 2027. Below are the key dates, what you need to do before then, and answers to common questions.

What you need to do
All three steps are available now.
Open your unopened packs
Open every pack before you transfer it. A pack transferred out unopened can't be opened, and its contents can't be extracted.
If not done by Jan 26: packs left in MLS Quest can no longer be opened or transferred.
Transfer your collectibles
Set up a self-custody Sui wallet, then enter its address in the MLS Quest transfer area. MLS Quest covers the network fees.
If not done by Jan 26: collectibles left in MLS Quest can no longer be accessed or transferred.
Withdraw your Sweet balance
Move any Sweet balance from your connected Stripe account to your own bank account.
If not done by Jan 26: your funds stay available in your connected Stripe account.

General
What do I need to do, and by when?
Complete three steps by 11:59 PM ET on January 26, 2027:
- Open any unopened packs before transferring them.
- Transfer your collectibles to your own Sui wallet.
- Withdraw your Sweet balance from your connected Stripe account to your bank account.
All three are available now. You don't need to do everything today. We'll send email reminders and provide support through January 26, 2027.
Can I still buy packs or create a new account?
No. Pack sales ended on October 28, 2026, and new accounts can no longer be created.
Packs and transfers
Should I open my packs before transferring?
Yes. You can open a pack any time until you transfer it or until MLS Quest closes. If you transfer a pack unopened, you won't be able to open it or extract its contents afterward.
How do I transfer my collectibles to my own wallet?
- Set up a self-custody Sui wallet.
- Enter your Sui wallet address in the MLS Quest transfer area and double-check it.
- Submit. MLS Quest confirms that your transfer has started.
- Check your wallet to confirm each collectible has arrived.
We recommend transferring one low-value collectible first and confirming it arrives before you transfer your full collection.
Which wallet should I use?
Any self-custody Sui wallet, such as Slush, Surf Wallet, or Nightly.
These wallets are listed as examples only. Each is an independent third-party provider, and neither Sweet nor MLS is responsible for any of them.
Does it cost anything to transfer?
No. MLS Quest covers the network fees.
How can I check the status of a transfer?
Check your account history page in MLS Quest, or look up the transfer on Suiscan. Then confirm the collectible has arrived in your wallet. Our team monitors transfers and resolves network delays.
I sent a collectible to the wrong address. Can you get it back?
No. Transfers to a wrong or incompatible address are irreversible and can't be recovered by Sweet or MLS. Please double-check your address before every transfer.
Marketplace and balances
What happens to my marketplace listings and offers?
The in-app marketplace closes at 11:59 PM ET on December 27, 2026. All open listings and offers are cancelled at that time. Listed collectibles stay in your MLS Quest account, and no funds change hands for cancelled listings or offers.
Can I still use MLS Quest after the marketplace closes?
Yes. After December 27, 2026, you can still open packs, transfer collectibles, and withdraw your balance until MLS Quest closes on January 26, 2027.
How do I withdraw my Sweet balance?
Balances from secondary sales are held in your own connected Stripe account. Transfer the balance from that Stripe account to your bank account. Because the Stripe account belongs to you, Sweet can't make the payout for you.
After MLS Quest closes
What happens if I don't finish before January 26, 2027?
Collectibles and unopened packs still in MLS Quest can no longer be accessed, opened, or transferred, and there is no claims process afterward. Any Sweet balance you haven't withdrawn stays available in your connected Stripe account.
What happens to collectibles in my own wallet?
Tokens in your wallet remain on the Sui blockchain after MLS Quest closes. Your use of the associated content continues to be governed by the MLS Quest Terms of Use.
Is there a recommended marketplace to sell my collectibles?
No. Neither Sweet nor MLS provides or recommends a secondary marketplace. Once collectibles are in your own wallet, you manage them independently.
Will support be available after MLS Quest closes?
No. Our support team answers questions through January 26, 2027, and support ends when MLS Quest closes.
